XebiaLabs has a full calendar this Spring as the team is heading to a handful of DevOps and cloud-focused events throughout the U.S. and Europe. We’ll be at two of the coming AWS Summit events in the next few weeks, talking to users about our new partnership with Amazon. Here’s a look at where else we’ll be.
Happening this week in Dübendorf, Switzerland, DevOps Fusion is a single day event centered on spreading knowledge and sharing practical experience in organizational transformation, digital transformation, leadership, and culture. The event will feature keynotes from DevOps leads at some of today’s biggest tech companies, including Facebook and Netflix.
When: March 20
Where: Samsung Hall, Dübendorf, Switzerland
Adopting DevOps means more than changing the way you develop software. While software startups might easily adopt containers, cloud technologies, and serverless architectures, doing so in traditional legacy-based organizations can be rough. Computing DevOps Live 2019 is happening this week in London, to help these organizations discover strategies for effectively using DevOps to streamline their software delivery efforts. If you’re in one of these organizations, check out the event for a day of DevOps-focused keynotes, end-user case studies, and moderated panel discussions. Rob Vanstone, Technical Director at XebiaLabs, will be a featured speaker.
When: March 20
Where: London Marriott Grosvenor Square, London
Held in major cities around the world, AWS Summits gather technologists from all industries and skill levels to learn how AWS can help them deliver faster and at scale. We’ll be at the AWS Summit in Santa Clara, Calif. later this month to show users how they can quickly and securely shift thousands of apps to the cloud using the certified XebiaLabs AWS Quick Start. Conference goers will also get to take in Dr. Werner Vogels’ keynote presentation. Amazon’s Chief Technology Officer will be discussing how young businesses can reach global scale and how enterprises can transform into fast-moving digital organizations.
When: March 27
Where: Santa Clara Convention Center––Santa Clara, Calif.
And we’re not going to miss an opportunity to head to Paris. The XebiaLabs team will also be at the AWS Summit in Paris next month––the largest cloud conference in France. The event will kickoff with a keynote presentation by Adrian Cockcroft, VP of Cloud Architecture Strategy at AWS. If you’re in Paris, come say hi to us and take advantage of the AWS Services trainings offered at the event.
When: April 2
Where: Palais des Congrès de Paris––Paris, France
As security risks get more sophisticated and compliance requirements more stringent, safely releasing software at competitive speeds becomes a struggle. And the stakes of that struggle are high––releases fail and cause delays, security vulnerabilities threaten Production, and IT governance violations result in expensive fines. If this all sounds familiar, check out our live German-language webinar next month––or listen to our English-language companion webinar on-demand.
When: April 3
If you’re actually in Germany next month, Delivery of Things World 2019 is happening in Berlin. Organized by developers, Delivery of Things World is an enterprise software development event designed for team leads, architects, and project managers. The event will bring together more than 200 software developers and DevOps experts from Europe’s leading companies to discuss their Continuous Delivery and microservices strategies and experience.
When: April 8-9
Where: Titanic Chaussee––Berlin
Later in the month, DevOpsDays is headed to Copenhagen for the first time! The worldwide technology conference series features moderated talks and open discussion on software development, IT infrastructure operations, and the everything that ties the two together. If your organization is in need of a DevOps cultural overhaul, hitting a DevOpsDays session is a great place to start.
When: April 24
Where: Mogens Dahl Koncertsal––Snorresgade 22, 2300 Copenhagen, Denmark
The annual ServiceNow event aims to bring users together to discuss and develop strategies for delivering modern digital workflows that benefit both employee and customer experiences. Knowledge 2019 is five days long and offers everything from keynotes and breakouts to live labs. We’ll be on hand, touting our partnership and showing attendees how XebiaLabs coupled with ServiceNow brings the worlds of Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) and ITSM together.
